Pre-show preparation

Organising and preparing my stay

We recommend that you plan your stay in Paris in advance. Remember to book and arrange your accommodation before the event. We have a partnership with Bnetwork, which gives you access to a selection of hotels at preferential rates. Moreover, thanks to our collaboration with Air France, you will also benefit from a discount on your flights.

I'm talking about my presence to optimise my visibility and generate qualified leads

To increase the number of visitors to your stand, we recommend that you highlight your presence and your solutions to the challenges facing the agricultural sector. As you know, this show highlights innovative solutions. Make your brand and your solutions visible so that your future visitors, investors and partners look only to you!

  • Maximise your participation thanks to our communication tools, which will help you promote your presence at the show. These tools are designed to give you optimum visibility.
  • Invite your customers and prospects now by ordering invitation cards and/or e-codes, as well as additional exhibitor badges. You can also use our media kit to generate customised banners with your logo and stand number.
  • Declare your events during the show

I'm thinking about the layout of my stand

As the show nears, it's important to think about the layout of your stand, because a well-designed stand increases your chances of attracting visitors. For this, download all the necessary documents, such as the decor and safety regulations, as well as the exhibitor's technical guide.

Go to your customer area to download the description of your stand type. This will provide you with clear information specific to your situation.

We also recommend that you order any technical services you may need. Simply contact [email protected].

And don't forget to take into account the park's technical services, such as electricity, parking and other services.

I take care of the pre-show administration

Don't forget to fill in the following compulsory forms:

  • Safety notice (compulsory for all stands)
  • Declaration of machines in operation
  • Certificate of commitment to repair (compulsory for bare stands)
  • Delegation of order to a service provider

All these forms are available in your customer area under Logistics > Forms.

Don't forget to print out your exhibitor badge so that we can recognise you quickly and easily throughout the show.

You need to let the people around you know that you'll be there, and this becomes even more important as the show approaches. Use our media kit to communicate, as well as all your communication media such as banners, your website, advertising pages, etc.

Share your stories, tell people about the show, republish our publications and let your friends and family know about it as quickly as possible, so as to arouse their interest and make the most of the event. Here are some ideas for publications: behind the scenes of your stand, your meetings during the show, your solutions, your location at the show, etc.
